We are expanding our specialist surveying talent pool and are looking for experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support large-scale housing condition programmes across the region.
The Role
You will survey residential dwellings (flats, houses, maisonettes and bungalows) and capture structured data including HHSRS, Decent Homes elements, property components, and RdSAP evidence. This is a contract-based role suitable for surveyors who are confident working independently across estates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct internal and external dwelling surveys
- Capture components, attributes and photographic evidence
- Follow structured survey designs and photo schedules
- Record HHSRS observations and escalate risks
- Use tablet-based survey applications
- Upload surveys within agreed timeframes
- Engage professionally with residents
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential stock condition surveys
- Strong knowledge of building fabric and housing standards
- Mobile/tablet data capture experience
- DEA qualification preferred
- DBS check and driving licence required
