We are supporting a long-term residential energy assessment programme across London and are looking to engage qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) to start immediately.

This is a high-volume, stable pipeline of work with consistent surveying demand over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out domestic EPC assessments in line with current regulations
  • Surveying occupied and void residential properties
  • Collecting and submitting accurate RdSAP data
  • Uploading completed surveys within agreed timeframes
  • Adhering to access procedures, safeguarding and client processes

Essential Requirements

  • Valid Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) certificate
  • Active accreditation (Elmhurst / Stroma / ECMK / Quidos or equivalent)
  • Up-to-date DBS (must be current)
  • Proven residential surveying experience
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Right to work in the UK
