We are supporting a long-term residential energy assessment programme across London and are looking to engage qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) to start immediately.
This is a high-volume, stable pipeline of work with consistent surveying demand over the coming years.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out domestic EPC assessments in line with current regulations
- Surveying occupied and void residential properties
- Collecting and submitting accurate RdSAP data
- Uploading completed surveys within agreed timeframes
- Adhering to access procedures, safeguarding and client processes
Essential Requirements
- Valid Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) certificate
- Active accreditation (Elmhurst / Stroma / ECMK / Quidos or equivalent)
- Up-to-date DBS (must be current)
- Proven residential surveying experience
- Ability to start immediately
- Right to work in the UK
