We are recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong installation background who is ready to take the next step into a Lead Engineer role. The successful candidate will oversee and support a team of AC engineers, provide technical guidance on site and carry out surveys for works requiring quotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the air conditioning engineering team
- Provide technical advice and guidance to engineers on site
- Carry out air conditioning installations, servicing and maintenance
- Complete site surveys for quotation works
- Help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Support the operational and commercial teams with technical input
- Liaise professionally with clients, engineers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong air conditioning installation experience
- Excellent technical knowledge of AC systems
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or supporting engineers
- Confident carrying out site surveys
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements
- Full UK driving licence
