Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced and highly competent Land Surveyor for a long-term project based within commuting distance of Camden. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established team working on a variety of groundwork and landscaping projects, with the role predominantly focused on earthworks, drainage, levels, and surveys.

The Role

  • Carrying out earthworks and drainage surveys
  • Setting out and level control for groundwork packages
  • Operating GPS equipment and 1-Man Robotic Total Station
  • Producing accurate survey data and site records
  • Working closely with site teams to ensure works are delivered to specification
  • Supporting both hard and soft landscaping operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor
  • Proven experience within groundwork and earthworks projects
  • Competent using GPS and 1-Man Robotic equipment
  • Good understanding of hard and soft landscaping
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Must supply own laptop and AutoCAD
  • Valid CSCS Card essential
  • Knowledge of A-Site software advantageous
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Camden
