We are looking for an experienced Working Supervisor / Working Foreman with a strong background in groundworks, slabbing and drainage. This is a hands-on role, supervising the team while also working alongside them to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate groundworkers on site
- Remain hands-on with slabbing, paving and drainage
- Oversee foul and storm drainage works
- Manage manholes, pipework, kerbing and external works
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress
- Ensure high standards of quality and health & safety
- Read and work from construction drawings
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Working Supervisor, Foreman or Ganger
- Strong groundworks, slabbing and drainage experience
- Experience supervising a groundworks team
- Good understanding of site H&S
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
