Private estate near Ascot / Sunninghill area
Driving licence and own transport required – not accessible by public transport

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
Full-time, permanent
Start date: ASAP

Salary:

£25,000 – £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Uniform, PPE, and on-the-job training provided

About the Role:

We are recruiting a practical and enthusiastic Estate Gardener to join the team maintaining the grounds of a high-end private residence near Ascot. You’ll be supporting general horticultural maintenance across a prestigious property with lawns, borders, formal planting, and seasonal features.

This role is ideal for someone early in their horticultural career who wants to learn and develop, with support from a close-knit, experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

General and specialist horticultural maintenance

Lawn care and seasonal planting

Ground clearance, pruning, and plant health tasks

Sweeping and maintenance of outdoor furniture/hard surfaces

Use of machinery (subject to training)

Chemical application (PA1 & PA6 preferred – training available)

Requirements:

Some experience in garden maintenance (domestic or estate)

Familiarity with hand tools and garden machinery

PA1 & PA6 preferred (or willing to train)

Ability to take instruction and work to a high standard

High level of discretion and professionalism

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential due to location)
