Our client is a very successful Sub Contractor specialising in Civil Engineering work including Groundworks, Roads, Drainage, RC Works, and Utilities who are currently recruiting a Site Foreman on a long term contract after winning more work.
As Site Foreman you would have:
- a qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering
- at least 5 years’ experience working for a Sub Contractor
- experience in Groundworks, Roads, Drainage, Utilities
- experience in supervising sites of £1m to £10m
As a Site Foreman you will be able to:
- set your team up for a day's work
- conduct inductions, daily briefings, tool box talks
- manage site paperwork, organise labour, plant and materials
- maintain a strong Health and Safety focus in Civil Engineering projects
