Electrician – Maintenance

Shift Pattern: Early’s and Lates

Location: Central London – x1 Static Site Commercial Building | W1T

Salary: £40,000 P/A

25 Days Holiday Plus 8 Bank Holidays

Role Summary:

1. React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA’s.
2. Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to a high standard.
3. Test and diagnose power quality issues.
4. Understand and interpret technical drawings / instructions / processes & O&M’s.
5. Liaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs & ensure works have been carried out in line with CBRE policies.
6. Monitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment regularly.
7. Determine the root cause and action items required to restore availability and prevent a recurrence.
8. Accurately maintain site work logs & paperwork.
9. Other duties as and when required.
