We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drylining Manager on behalf of a well established contractor delivering a commercial project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manager with strong technical knowledge and a proven track record delivering drylining packages to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site drylining activities from pre-start through to completion
- Manage subcontractors, labour and materials to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with programme, specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with site teams, project managers and other trades to ensure smooth delivery
- Carry out site inspections, quality checks and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Maintain accurate site records including progress reports, RAMS and daily diaries
- Ensure materials and systems (including Siniat systems) are installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drylining Manager / Supervisor on construction projects
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Siniat systems (essential)
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Gold or Black CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work certification
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive programme delivery
