We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drylining Manager on behalf of a well established contractor delivering a commercial project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manager with strong technical knowledge and a proven track record delivering drylining packages to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site drylining activities from pre-start through to completion
  • Manage subcontractors, labour and materials to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with programme, specifications and quality standards
  • Coordinate with site teams, project managers and other trades to ensure smooth delivery
  • Carry out site inspections, quality checks and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate site records including progress reports, RAMS and daily diaries
  • Ensure materials and systems (including Siniat systems) are installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Drylining Manager / Supervisor on construction projects
  • Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Siniat systems (essential)
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • Gold or Black CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive programme delivery
