WE\’RE LOOKING FOR A SITE MANAGER TO MANAGE A DRYLINING PROJECT. EXPERIENCE AS A DRYLINER PREVIOUSLY IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL 📍 Where? Norwich, Norfolk 📅 When? * Start Date: Middle of November * Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm * Contract Type: Minimum 30-week contract ❓ What? * Role: No.1 Site Manager * Project Type: Drylining Commercial school building – delivering SFS, walls, partitions and ceilings using Siniat boarding materials * Reporting into a Contracts Manager 💷 Salary and PAY structure (e.g. PAYE, ir35 Umbrella, Sole Trader, CIS or any other) * Day rate: £225 – £260 🛠️ Responsibilities: * Acting as No.1 on site * Managing all trades/labour * Implementing RAMS * Conducting all QA on site using in-house QA system * Attending and conducting progress meetings * Ensuring programme is met ✅ Requirements: * CSCS Black Manager Card * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) ➕ Other Information: * The project will be done in phases: * First phase: 30 weeks * Second phase may start 3 months after the first and will commence afterward
