Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 - depending on experience

Our client is a well-established Mechanical Contractor based in West London who deliver Commercial and Residential Mechanical services including Gas, Plumbing, HVAC, Drainage, and BMS. Founded in 2008, they have grown from strength to strength and pride themselves on providing prompt reactive and planned maintenance services to ensure their clients' systems are repaired and maintained. They work in High End Residential properties in communal areas and internal, as well as Schools in West London including Mayfair, Kensington, and Chelsea.

Duties

  • Service and Breakdown of Boilers, Cookers and Heating appliances
  • Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
  • Assist with minor Plumbing repairs when required

THE CANDIDATE

  • Hold relevant ACS, CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
  • G3 Unvented (Desirable)
  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and Heating
  • At least 5 years' experience on the job
  • Knowledge UK driving licence
  • Good standard of work and attention to detail
  • Reliable, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, strong communicator and the ability to work on own initiative
