To date, they have delivered over 2,500 projects and worked with thousands of happy customers. The Role
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Design Manager to lead their technical design department and manage a small team of junior designers. This person will take full ownership of the design process post-sale, creating comprehensive Stage 4 designs for heat pump systems, solar installations, MVHR, and full M&E solutions.
This is a senior, plug-and-play role. The successful candidate will act as the primary technical authority for installation teams, ensuring that designs are meticulously detailed to prevent on-site issues. They will triage design requests, manage the department’s workflow, and implement robust Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across all relevant RIBA stages.
