Multi Trade Operative in City of London

Overview

Looking for an all-round Multi Trade Operative with DBS to join a leading property services company based in London. Contract role offering up to £20‑21 per hour + van and fuel card and great benefits.

Responsibilities

• Previous domestic experience completing day‑to‑day carpentry works, hanging doors, worktops, units, cupboards, skirting etc.
• Carry remedial trades including tiling, plastering or plumbing ideally.
• Customer‑focused approach.
• Work to tight deadlines, independently on certain tasks and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• DBS cleared.
• Previous experience as a Multi Trade Operative ideally in a social housing/domestic environment.
• Customer focused and able to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to provide working references.
