Highlight your expertise in RC frame and groundworks, as well as your proficiency with CAD software. This will show that you’re not just familiar with the requirements but have hands-on experience.

Be a Team Player

Even though you'll be working autonomously, it's crucial to demonstrate your ability to collaborate with site teams and support project management. Think of instances where you coordinated with others or helped resolve issues on-site, and be ready to share those stories.

Prepare Questions

Interviews are a two-way street, so come armed with questions about the project and the team. Ask about the fast-track construction programme and how the engineering team collaborates. This shows your genuine interest in the role and helps you assess if it’s the right fit for you.
