We are currently seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join a long-term fast-track project involving groundworks and RC frame across 3 blocks (4 storeys) in Wales. This is a stable, long-running project offering consistent work with potential weekend overtime.

Hours
7:30am - 5:30pm (standard working hours)
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years independent setting out experience
- Proven experience on large-scale, fast-track developments
- Strong background in RC frame and groundworks projects
- Proficient in CAD software
- Must have own laptop with relevant software capability
- Able to work autonomously and take responsibility for setting out duties
- Reliable and able to commit to a long-term project

- Setting out for RC frames, drainage, and groundworks packages
- Interpreting drawings and coordinating with site teams
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
