We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drylining Manager on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering a high-profile commercial scheme in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a Manager with strong technical expertise and a proven track record delivering drylining, partitions, and ceiling packages to a high standard, including British Gypsum (BG) systems and SAS ceiling installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site drylining activities from pre-start through to completion
  • Manage installation of BG walls, partitions, and ceiling systems, alongside SAS ceiling packages
  • Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure safe, efficient delivery
  • Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, specifications, and quality standards
  • Liaise with site teams, project managers, and other trades to maintain programme flow
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and enforce health & safety compliance
  • Maintain accurate records including RAMS, progress reports, and site diaries
  • Ensure all systems are installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Drylining Manager / Supervisor on commercial projects
  • Strong hands-on experience with British Gypsum systems (essential)
  • Experience with SAS ceilings installation
  • SMSTS certification
  • Gold or Black CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
