Job Description
We require an experienced Estimator that has delivered Building Envelope projects involving the installation of Rainscreen Cladding, Curtain Walling, Re-Cladding, EWI Etc.
The successful candidate will be a motivated Building Envelope Estimator that provide cost estimates and maintains quality within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams.
- Analyse project documents.
- Prepare cost estimates.
- Utilize industry-standard software.
- Conduct on-site assessments and tenders.
- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit bids.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience working for a Building Envelope Sub-Contractor
- Proven Estimator experience delivering industrial new build projects.
- Familiarity with main contractor operations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication.
- Organisational and time management abilities.
