We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the drainage sector to join a well-established national home services business. The role will focus on driving new business growth, with particular responsibility for developing national and key accounts. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, identify new commercial opportunities and work closely with the wider operational and franchise network to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities across national and key accounts

Experience Required
- Proven sales or business development experience within the drainage industry
- Strong technical knowledge of drainage services
- Demonstrable experience winning and developing national or key accounts
- Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and networking ability
- Experience managing sales pipelines and producing forecasts
- Confident presenting proposals and solutions to customers
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel nationally when required
