Purpose of the role:
- Build, develop and retain strong relationships with owners/management teams and employees of local and regional OEM organisations.
- Take responsibility for OEM satisfaction at client’s decision maker unit and owner levels in the region.
- Be accountable for OEM and Keyloop colleagues, managing client expectations versus the performance of Keyloop organisation.
- Be responsible for the performance of the total package of services and products of Keyloop in their region.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a yearly turnover equivalent to the achievement of minimum performance quota.
- Grow existing accounts through a business mix relevant to role and local market.
- Assimilate a good understanding of Keyloop products and services, utilising and leveraging internal product expertise with clients.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism within the first three months, including presentation of the Keyloop Company Overview and producing a Business & Sales plan.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking ability to increase productivity YoY facilitating double digit business growth.
Skills Knowledge & Experience:
- A proven track record of existing business sales in a technology solution sales environment.
- Able to demonstrate a professional structured sales approach.
- Able to analyse a market objectively and identify relevant target prospects.
- Highly computer literate and familiar with CRM/SFA systems.
- Well-developed commercial and financial acumen.
Sales Management and Planning:
- Development of annualised OEM sales plan.
- Defines OEM sales plan on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for planning own workload and prospect visits efficiently.
- Takes accountability for client’s realisation of the full benefit of the purchased solution.
Energy and Effort:
- Motivated, energetic and flexible in approach to work.
- Focused on owning and completing the sales processes.
