Role Summary

As a Salesforce Solution Architect , you will be the technical champion for our Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll promote and govern IT principles, standards, and architecture & design frameworks while shaping Salesforce-centric digital transformation strategies across the enterprise.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

• Champion Salesforce best practices and architecture, engaging with stakeholders and strategic partners to align platform capabilities and identify improvement opportunities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build and maintain a forward-looking strategy for upcoming Salesforce platform releases, new cloud offerings (e.g., Salesforce AI, MuleSoft, Tableau), and emerging technologies.
• Provide architectural vision, guidance, and governance to Salesforce delivery teams across multiple projects and business units.
• Define and own Salesforce platform principles, standards, reusable design patterns, and development guidelines. Provide reference implementations for scalable and secure solutions.
• Collaborate closely with security and compliance teams to ensure that platform enhancements meet enterprise-grade security and data protection standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.).
• Lead solution design workshops and technical discovery sessions with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to shape platform capabilities and roadmap.
• Govern delivery to ensure that Salesforce implementations align with the overall enterprise architecture strategy and Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) standards.
• Contribute to and help scale a Salesforce CoE, sharing reusable assets, tools, templates, and best practices.
• Act as a Salesforce SME, providing technical leadership across multiple business areas and acting as a key advisor on Salesforce ecosystem usage.
• Maintain Salesforce technical documentation (solution architecture diagrams, integration specs, and governance policies).
• Own the end-to-end solution architecture and ensure implementations are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Mentor and coach Salesforce administrators, developers, and junior architects, providing hands-on guidance and architectural oversight.
• Maintain up-to-date Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, B2C Solution Architect).
• Engage with external Salesforce communities and Keyloop internal networks to remain current and influence platform evolution.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting Salesforce solutions at scale across Sales (Including CPQ), Service, Marketing, or Experience Clouds.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Apex including FFLib, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, and Integration (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Platform Events).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, performance optimization, and data modeling.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: Application Architect, System Architect, B2C Solution Architect, Integration Architect.
• Effective communicator who explains complex concepts clearly to stakeholders of all levels.
• Highly adaptive and situationally aware; able to tailor communication and approaches to different business needs and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle challenges proactively and identify innovative platform-based solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and ability to drive architectural decisions.
• A strategic thinker who can map business processes to technical solutions using Salesforce capabilities.
