Role Purpose
The RFP management function is new at Keyloop. Reporting to the Head of Deal Desk, you will be the first team member, defining what good RFP management looks like. Your role involves working closely across departments, raising the profile of RFP processes, and ensuring timely, compliant responses to tenders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate proposal development and response processes within tight deadlines.
- Review, standardize, and improve content from multiple sources.
- Compile and format response documents according to brand guidelines.
- Follow internal processes and governance requirements.
- Engage with procurement and other departments for documentation and clarifications.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, product, IT, and marketing teams.
- Use persuasive skills to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions.
- Assist sales and product teams with pre- and post-tender activities.
- Manage tender tools effectively within the organization.
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in RFP/proposal management.
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced features.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with tender management tools like Loopio is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Nice to Have
- APMP Certification (Foundation or Practitioner).
