Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery against primary objectives.
  • Ability to present and explain SEO strategy, reasoning and solutions to your customers.
  • Adopt an innovative way of working, coming up with new ways and channels to enhance the performance of our clients' marketing activity.
  • Identify areas of opportunity within your existing client base, to drive performance and deliver against department revenue targets.
  • Attend client status calls, monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews in which you will present campaign performance and recommendations, either face-to-face or remotely.
  • Become your clients’ primary point of contact for their marketing needs, building strong working relationships.
  • Generate strong working relationships with our go-to-market and customer success teams to identify opportunities for growth and minimise customer churn.
  • Proactively identify case study opportunities within your portfolio of customers, and work with our brand marketing and communications team to create the documentation.
  • Actively research and keep up to date with marketing trends, with a specific focus on SEO.
  • Using data available in GA4, our business intelligence suite and other marketing platforms, analyse performance and embed associate recommendations into your marketing plans.
  • Share your experience and knowledge with other members of the marketing services team.
  • Facilitate & embed any strategic objective(s) that may be requested by line management or directors of the business.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on SEO.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services including search engine optimisation, pay-per-click and social media advertising.
  • Strong digital skills & proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to interpret and analyse data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and draw insights from large data sets.
  • Ability to demonstrate your expertise to customers and internal stakeholders, using data to support your ideas and recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to expertly identify and present new business opportunities to existing customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously where required to achieve the best results for our customers.
  • Comfortable simultaneously working across multiple customers and projects.
