Keyloop is hiring a Head of Customer Success to own the post-sale client journey, build playbooks, and lead a growing CS team from three to five specialists.

You will manage enterprise accounts, drive adoption, and report on health and risk to executive leadership.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery to scale our CS function across major accounts.
