Purpose of Role
The Technology Partnerships team aims to build and execute strategic partnerships that create value for customers and drive growth for Keyloop. The primary role of the Global Account Manager is to manage the day-to-day partnership with Amazon through its launch and growth phases. We seek someone passionate about supporting partner growth, a strong communicator, and experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholders and meeting goals.
Role Responsibilities
- Ownership of the relationship and understanding of the strategy
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Partner
- Understand, manage, and track the Partner’s business goals
- Communicate and make recommendations about risks, opportunities, and necessary trade-offs to both Keyloop leadership and the Partner team
- Shared ownership of project milestones
- Clear and consistent cross-functional communication
- Track and communicate updates to key stakeholders internally and externally on a bi-weekly basis
- Track and communicate updates to leadership on a monthly basis
- Escalate opportunities, risks, and blockers in a timely manner with a recommended path forward
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Influence key stakeholders internally and at the Partner Organisation to ensure necessary resources are allocated and deadlines are met
- Map leadership stakeholders across Keyloop and the Partner Organisation, ensuring regular briefings
- Maintain a baseline understanding of the product, progress, milestones, risks, and blockers to effectively communicate and escalate across the team
- Identify opportunities for growth and bring recommendations to Keyloop leadership
- Support negotiation of any commercial expansion
- Manage contracting process and sign-offs for any commercial expansion
