Functional HR Coordinator – Keyloop

Purpose of Role
The Senior Human Resources Coordinator is part of the global HR function working closely with and reporting into the Functional Senior HRBP. The role holder will provide HR administrative support in line with the functional strategy and support the central HR processes. The role holder will be the first point of contact for people managers and interact daily with stakeholders, advising and supporting the functional HR activity. Proactive and passionate, the role holder will provide a timely and efficient HR support to our manager population, guiding around HR policy and process, and offering administrative support to other HR teams and answering general HR queries.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supports the SHRBP in the implementation of the global HR strategy and change management projects
- Supports the HR department in implementing programs to improve employee experience in line with functional needs
- Acts as first point of contact providing high-quality functional support to management and participates in regular meetings with business units
- Works closely with HR Managers to ensure that the function receives appropriate HR guidance; provides feedback on employee relations, employment law, trade union relations and complex change projects to HRBP
- Provides data and reports for assigned business units and other HR functions
- Collects training needs for business units and individual coaching needs, working closely with the centres of excellence
- Reviews and provides data from the employee engagement survey and supports implementation of initiatives to drive engagement
- Administrative tasks for the function including recruitment support and SuccessFactors processing
- Ensures data integrity in the systems and supports HR processes
- Any other duties as assigned
Skills / Knowledge & Experience
- Successful experience in a similar role
- Solid problem‑solving abilities and a can‑do attitude
- Fluency in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; SAP/SuccessFactors experience is a plus
- Quick to connect with people across culture and geography
- Works independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple activities
- Positive can‑do attitude, continuous improvement mindset, willingness to generate creative ideas and follow through
- Ability to collate, analyze and interpret people data
- Some travel may be requested
