We’re on the lookout for a vibrant individual to join our friendly 5* customer service team in Dinnington, Rotherham on a full-time permanent basis.
If you’re enthusiastic and eager to provide stellar customer service to all who work with chocolate and sweet ingredients, you could be the perfect fit for us.
The role features:
- Taking phone calls and live chat conversations from existing and potential customers
- Managing emails
- Providing advice and guidance on products, whilst delivering exceptional customer service
- Dealing with queries and solving problems
- Liaising with other departments
You should be a real team player, confident on a computer and with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
A passion for all things chocolate and the sweet side of bakery is a plus… because there’s usually plenty of it doing the rounds in the office!
