Keyline is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the Utilities & Power sector. This is a high impact role focused on developing strategic relationships with major contractors, shaping our market approach, and driving long term growth in a critical infrastructure market.

The Role
- Develop and implement the Utilities & Power sales strategy aligned to Keyline’s growth ambitions.
- Build strong, long term relationships with national and regional contractors.
- Lead, coach and develop a specialist hybrid utilities sales team.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, branches and leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Identify new opportunities for growth across existing and prospective customers.
- Resolve challenges proactively by working across internal networks to improve service delivery.
- Align with group sales and wider stakeholders to maximise opportunities across frameworks and national accounts.
- Strengthen Keyline’s credibility within the utilities sector through technical knowledge and customer insight.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially focused sales leader who can combine market insight with strong relationship management. You will likely bring:
- A proven track record of leading external sales teams.
- Experience developing and growing major contractor or tier one accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to make sound business decisions.
