Keyline Care is seeking compassionate, resilient Waking Night Residential Childcare Support Workers to provide steady, nurturing care to the young people we support in Swadlincote. The role requires patience, a calm presence, and the ability to respond to complex emotional needs during the night.
You will work a two-week rolling rota (10pm–8am) on a full-time basis (40 hours) with additional bank/part-time opportunities.
