We are supporting a global workday Partner who are seeking to hire a Workday UK Payroll Consultant.

This is a home-based role with occasional travel to client sites and offers a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits, dependent on experience.

We are looking for a candidate with solid hands-on experience supporting Workday UK Payroll who can deliver high-quality support post go-live. Consultancy experience is preferred but not essential, and we are open to candidates with experience gained within Consulting or Industry.

You’ll join a specialist Workday Payroll team collaborating closely with colleagues delivering outstanding support to a high profile, corporate client based supporting, configuring and optimising the Workday UK Payroll solution.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects, further develop your Workday expertise, and contribute to a professional services team with strong career progression opportunities.

Workday Functional Consultant – UK Payroll – Key Requirements:

  • Detailed Workday UK Payroll knowledge in an implementation, support or optimisation capacity including configuration.
  • Strong analytical and functional skills with experience on projects or in support roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to act with integrity
  • Skilled home worker with flexibility to travel to client site if required
