This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of Workday integrations during a major implementation, ensuring seamless connectivity between two Workday tenants and wider business systems.This URGENT role is available on a permanent basis with a base salary up to £85,000 + Benefits. The role is hybrid, with approximately 1 day per week onsite in London.Workday Integrations Specialist – Responsibilities & Experience:Lead the design, build and maintenance of integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs)Manage data mapping, transformation, schedules and error handling to maintain data integrity and business continuitySupport implementation activity, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendorsCoordinate and execute testing, including UAT and deploymentEnsure integration design aligns with security, compliance and regulatory standardsCommunicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesApply technical skills in XML, XSLT and cloud-based integration patternsBring proven competence in leading Workday integration delivery within project-driven or Agile environmentsWorkday Partner or Pro certifications are advantageous but not essentialIf you’re looking for a role where you can own and lead the integration workstream of a high-profile Workday programme, this could be your ideal next step.For more information, or to apply, click the link below or contact Wayne Costello.
