We are supporting a global, high profile organisation as they appoint a Workday Manager to join their global HR technology function. This is a hands-on leadership role within a mature, internationally deployed Workday environment, covering a broad portfolio of regions and acting as a senior functional authority across HCM Core and beyond. This role is offered with a hybrid working pattern with 3 days onsite in London each week. Salary is in the region of £90,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits.
You will take significant ownership of projects and continuous improvement initiatives, while providing both direct and indirect leadership within a highly visible global team.
Required Profile:- Extensive hands-on Workday HCM Core knowledge
- Workday configuration skills spanning multiple modules
- Strong track record of delivering system optimisation and enhancement initiatives
- Experience leading projects within an international Workday environment
- Ability to provide direct or indirect leadership within a functional team
- High standards around governance, documentation and change control
- Credibility when engaging with senior international stakeholders
- Experience operating across multiple regions and time zones
- Expertise in at least one of the following: Workday Adaptive, Workday UK Payroll, Extend, ServiceNow implementation (or similar service management platforms), Workday Help, Workday Benefits.
Proximity to London and openness to work 3 days each week onsite (non-negotiable).
