A highly renowned organisation and popular Workday Customer is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Workday Compensation Specialist to join their People Tech team in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Workday Analyst to play a key role within a dedicated and dynamic team, making an impact in the smooth functioning and further optimisation of Workday. You’ll be part of a business that not only invests in technology, but also in their resources and team members’ professional development.
This is a permanent role that requires on-site presence 3 days per week in Central London. Salary offered goes up to around £65,000 + 10% bonus and a strong benefits package.
As a Workday Compensation Specialist you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising Workday Core and Advanced Compensation , in collaboration with other HRIS team members. You’ll work closely with the global Compensation team to support annual reviews and related processes, ensuring data accuracy and promoting Workday best practices. You will act as a technical expert on Core and Advanced Compensation, gathering business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing Workday solutions.
Workday Compensation Specialist – Required Profile:
- Strong knowledge of Compensation processes in Workday, with experience of configuring both Core and Advanced Compensation
- Experience of running at least two Annual Compensation Reviews in Workday
- Ability to act not only as a Workday technical resource, but also as a strategic advisor in your areas, proposing solutions and improving overall user experience
- Good knowledge of Workday Core HCM. Any additional modules will be considered an advantage
- Ideally, previous experience of working within a complex and international Workday Customer, either as an in-house resource or external consultant
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Availability to commute into Central London three times a week
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without Visa restrictions
