Keylime Consultants are working with a growing international organisation that is looking to add a Workday Functional Analyst to its expanding HR Technology team.
Working within a compact and collaborative HRIS function, you’ll support and develop Workday across the wider HCM suite, combining hands‑on configuration with system improvements, project work and day-to-day functional support.
Core HCM configuration experience is essential, while experience with Workday Recruiting would be an advantage. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across areas such as Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning and Time Tracking as the organisation continues to develop its Workday environment.
The role will involve working closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure practical solutions and improve the way Workday is used across the organisation. You’ll also contribute to reporting, business processes, security, testing and Workday release activity.
This is a hybrid role based in South West London, offering a salary of up to £60,000 plus bonus.
