Keylime Consultants are delighted to be partnering with a leading international organisation in their search for a Total Rewards (Workday) Specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking global business where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving HR and Total Rewards delivery on an international scale. The role focuses on delivering data-driven insights and ensuring alignment with established global frameworks while enabling better decision-making through Workday reporting and analytics.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Reward Specialist with a strong background in benchmarking across multiple international regions. You’ll have solid hands-on experience with Workday and be confident extracting and manipulating data, creating reports, analysing findings and presenting clear recommendations for corrections or improvements.
This is a permanent, largely remote position available in UK, Belgium, France or Spain with regular, planned international travel to key locations across Europe. Proximity to a major international airport will be a significant advantage.
Total Rewards (Workday) Specialist – Responsibilities & Experience:
- Strong experience in Total Rewards, including benchmarking (e.g. Mercer), developing salary structures, managing incentive programmes and overseeing benefits.
- Solid understanding of reward governance, compliance requirements and compensation frameworks across multiple countries.
- Proven ability to analyse reward and workforce data, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the business.
- Hands-on experience using Workday HCM, including building reports, extracting and manipulating data and working confidently with Excel (including pivot tables).
- Skilled at guiding and supporting HR teams to make effective use of Workday and best practice processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships across international teams.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working across multiple entities
- Flexibility to participate in regular, planned international travel, likely in the region of 6 days per month
