Keylime Consultants is seeking an experienced Success Factors Analyst to join the People Department on an interim basis.

You will own configuration, enhancements, reporting and training across the full Success Factors suite, supporting Talent Management processes within a growing UK-wide implementation.

The role is hands-on, in-house, with responsibility for Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals and Learning modules, plus platform integrations and analytics to drive HR strategy.
