We are pleased to be partnering with a respected organisation to appoint a Workday Analyst. This opportunity offers hands-on involvement across Workday HCM and related areas with a strong focus on reporting, configuration and user support. You will join a collaborative HR Systems team that manages most changes internally and is preparing for upcoming projects including Peakon and a new Learning deployment. Reporting capability is a key priority and you will play an important part in developing a range of Workday reports and dashboards that improve decision making. This is a permanent position based in Nottingham with hybrid working, typically 1 or 2 days each week onsite.
Responsibilities and Experience:
- Act as a central support contact for Workday across HCM and connected modules
- Deliver configuration updates with a focus on business processes and condition rules
- Build and enhance Workday reports including composite, matrix and advanced formats
- Develop dashboards and maintain calculated fields
- Support release cycles, testing and ongoing data quality
- Resolve user queries and contribute to continuous improvement
- Assist with projects including Peakon and Learning
- Maintain clear documentation and training materials
- Work confidently with stakeholders and collaborate on the roadmap
