Job Description
Keylime Consultants are working with a growing international organisation that is looking to add a Workday Functional Analyst to its expanding HR Technology team.
This is a broad functional role within a compact and collaborative HRIS function, offering the opportunity to work across a well-established Workday environment while also supporting its continued development. You’ll combine hands-on configuration with system enhancements, project activity and day-to-day functional support, working closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
Core HCM will sit at the heart of the position and strong hands-on configuration experience in this area is essential. Experience with Workday Recruiting would be a significant advantage, while the wider environment also offers exposure to areas including Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning and Time Tracking.
Alongside configuration, you’ll contribute to the wider management and development of the Workday platform. This will include involvement in Business Processes, Reporting and Security, as well as supporting testing, system enhancements and Workday release activity. You’ll also work cross-functionally with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation, helping ensure Workday continues to support evolving business requirements.
This is a hybrid role based in South West London, offering a salary of up to £60,000 plus bonus.
Workday Functional Analyst – Requirements
- Hands-on Workday experience within a post go-live environment
- Strong Workday Core HCM configuration experience
- Workday Recruiting experience would be a significant advantage
- Exposure to additional modules such as Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning or Time Tracking
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes
- Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Security
- Comfortable gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical Workday solutions
- Previous involvement in Workday enhancements, testing and release activity
- Experience working with HR stakeholders and wider business teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative HR Technology environment
The organisation is continuing to invest in its Workday capability, making this a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys having a varied functional remit rather than being restricted to a single module or area of the system. You’ll be joining a growing team where there is scope to broaden your Workday knowledge and become involved in an increasing range of functional projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Workday team and take on a varied functional position with broad exposure across the HCM platform, combining hands-on configuration with projects, enhancements and ongoing system development.
