We’re supporting a prestigious global organisation in hiring an experienced SuccessFactors Analyst to join their People Department on an interim basis. This is a hands-on in-house role within the HR function, providing expert system support and development across the full SuccessFactors suite. It is particularly suited to a SuccessFactors specialist who enjoys owning configuration, enhancements, reporting and training, while supporting critical Talent Management processes. The organisation is continuing to optimise and expand its SuccessFactors environment across the UK, with Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals and further modules in active use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support all SuccessFactors modules with particular focus on Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning and Platform
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for all SuccessFactors-related activities in the UK
  • Handle system configuration, change requests, custom fields, data imports, integrations and troubleshooting
  • Own the planning, testing, configuration and activation of cyclical Talent Management processes
  • Build and maintain reports and analytics to meet business needs across regions
  • Deliver training to new users and administrators and keep all training materials up to date
  • Support Document Management solutions and ensure workbooks and documentation remain current

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in the administration, support and development of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ideally experienced in SuccessFactors configuration, implementation and system administration experience
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly within Talent, Compensation and Performance Management
  • Experience with data imports, reporting, analytics and troubleshooting within SuccessFactors
  • Exposure to project managing system implementations or major enhancements
  • Ability to train users and administrators effectively
