We're seeking a HR Systems & Data Specialist, initially on an FTC, to support and enhance their core HR platform. Acting as a key point of contact for system-related queries, you will help maintain data accuracy, improve system usage, and contribute to the ongoing development of reporting and insight across the organisation.

This role will play an important part in evolving HR processes and analytics, producing reliable workforce insights to support decision-making at senior level. You will also be involved in the ongoing implementation of new functionality and system modules, as well as supporting broader data activities linked to organisational growth, including working with colleagues to prepare and structure data for migration into systems.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to improve system adoption, streamline processes, and support wider improvement initiatives. The position is based at an outstanding facility in central Manchester, operating on a hybrid working pattern. The role offers a competitive salary along with a range of standard employee benefits.

Required profile
  • Proven experience working with HR systems (HRIS), ideally in a systems or data-focused role
  • Experience supporting HR systems, including user access, system changes, and process improvement
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including working with large datasets, formulas, and reporting
  • Experience producing HR metrics and dashboards (e.g. absence, turnover, workforce data)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

This is a strong opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation where systems and data play a key role in supporting people strategy and operational delivery. You will have the chance to contribute to meaningful improvements, directly impacting the organisation’s ability to deliver high-quality educational outcomes for its students, while working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
