You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to improve system adoption, streamline processes, and support wider improvement initiatives. The position is based at an outstanding facility in central Manchester, operating on a hybrid working pattern. The role offers a competitive salary along with a range of standard employee benefits.

- Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
This is a strong opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation where systems and data play a key role in supporting people strategy and operational delivery.
