European products business in the north-west of England are seeking a dedicated SuccessFactors Specialist to join their European HR team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing SuccessFactors to support efficient HR processes and compliance. Responsibilities
- Lead the management and enhancement of HRIS platform, including workflows, reports, user training, and technical support.
- Act as the technical lead for HR automated processes and serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and Payroll teams.
- Manage projects aimed at simplifying and improving HR systems and processes.
- Ensure all HRIS activities are completed on time, collaborating closely with internal teams and support partners.
