About the Role: We are looking for a caring, experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work alongside the class teacher to support learning in class and run interventions, to join our team and be a proactive integrated member of the School Staff Team. As part of your role you will, under the direction of a teacher, support in the learning process and utilise your skills to assist the teacher to create an educational environment in which a pupil's all‑round development is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:- In the absence of a teacher, supervise a class of students, ensuring they are engaged in learning activity that has been set by a teacher. This may include explaining the work to be completed and answering questions from pupils to ensure that they understand what is required of them.
- Liaise with teachers or other relevant staff with regard to work set for a class.
- Feedback to the relevant teacher on pupil engagement in the set work.
