Keyham Lodge School is seeking an inspiring Careers & Work Experience Lead who will also serve as part of the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) team. You will shape our all‑through careers programme, open doors to meaningful experiences with local employers, and lead safeguarding across the school.
You will design and deliver group learning, organise work placements, build partnerships with colleges and employers, and maintain safeguarding records and CPOMS.
