Provide technical consultancy to customers pre and post sales including demonstrations, proofs of concept and pilot projects. Troubleshoot technical enquiries and, where necessary, lead onsite support and handover to internal teams. Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and strong relationships by technical approach. Support new business activities including customer research, outreach and qualifying leads in collaboration with sales colleagues. Testing difficult application with Sales Engineer and prepare client proposals, presentations and training tailored to customer needs.
