Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Graduate, you\’ll be the CEO of your own territory, managing client relationships and driving sales.
- Your week will be split between: 3 field-based days visiting clients, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals; 2 office-based days prospecting new business opportunities and building on existing customer relationships alongside your team.
- You will start with an intensive training programme combining classroom learning and on-the-job mentoring. As you grow, you\’ll continue to benefit from structured development in sales, leadership, and management, with every manager at KEYENCE promoted from within.
