About the Role
As a Business Development Graduate, you’ll be the CEO of your own territory, managing client relationships and driving sales. Your week will be split between:
- 3 field‑based days: Visiting clients, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals.
- 2 office‑based days: Prospecting new business opportunities and building on existing customer relationships alongside your team.
You’ll start with an intensive training programme combining classroom learning and on‑the‑job mentoring.
