Job Specification
- Administration
- Making sure customer orders received are entered correctly into the CRM system.
- Communicating with customers and all colleagues by telephone and email, ensuring queries are addressed.
- Ensuring that agreed promised delivery dates to customers are maintained.
- Managing the end-to-end order process including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery.
- Processing quotations to the customer.
- Managing daily distribution through the CRM systems.
- Stock control and transfer.
- Daily communication to our warehouse, and following KEYENCE Global logistic guidelines which include self-auditors.
- Visiting the warehouse and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Supporting at all stages of the flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to end customers.
Personal Requirements
- Experience working in a professional environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Open, clear and confident communicator, both written and oral.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Capable of multi-tasking whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
- Degree educated in any discipline.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must have a full driving licence, valid in the UK.
