You’ll join Keycraft Global’s Customer Service team in Peterhead, handling inbound calls and processing orders to ensure a smooth customer experience. You’ll monitor back orders, track shipments and resolve order issues, collaborating with colleagues in the Philippines and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.
