We are now seeking a Care Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in leading our care delivery.
The role:
- As Care Operations Manager you will oversee the delivery of consistently high-quality support across Keychange care operations.
- Working to the Senior Operations Manager you will be accountable for the implementation of quality standards in all Keychange care communities.
- You will make recommendations for improvement of service delivery.
- You will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the resident safety and incident reporting as part of our safeguarding framework.
The focus of the role includes:
- Assisting Senior Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily running of Keychange care operations.
- Line managing allocated community managers.
- Leading Keychange resident safety and incident reporting as part of the Keychange Safeguarding Framework.
