Keybridge Capital is a London-based private capital advisory firm focused on private funds capital formation, secondary transaction support, and complex liquidity solutions across private market strategies. We work closely with GPs, LPs, and counterparties across primary fundraising, GP-led and LP-led secondaries, and broader distribution mandates.

We are seeking a full-time Off-Cycle Analyst to join the firm with immediate effect. The role sits at the centre of our placement and investor coverage effort, with meaningful ownership of new LP origination, pipeline management, and investor outreach across live mandates. A core focus of the seat is expanding the firm's investor universe by breaking into LP relationships not yet part of our coverage footprint. This is a hands-on seat with a clear path to conversion into a full-time Associate position upon successful completion.

Responsibilities
  • Drive LP origination by identifying, researching, and initiating contact with institutional and private wealth investors not currently covered by the firm.
  • Own day-to-day management of LP and buyer pipelines across live primary and secondary mandates, ensuring coverage discipline and accurate stage tracking.
  • Support team leaders in running structured outreach to institutional LPs (pensions, insurers, endowments, sovereigns, consultants, funds-of-funds) and private wealth channels (single & multi-family offices, private banks, wealth platforms).
  • Build investor maps, target lists, and account plans tailored to each mandate's strategy, geography, and ticket profile, with a focus on surfacing new LP archetypes and geographies.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene across investor, buyer, seller, and counterparty activity, with clear tracking of net-new relationships generated.
  • Coordinate roadshows, investor meetings, and follow-up workflows, including diligence and data room access.
  • Draft and refine teasers, pitchbooks, IM excerpts, and other investor-facing collateral.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong academic background from a top university.
  • Direct experience in a distribution, coverage, or investor-facing seat is preferred. Relevant backgrounds include fund placement, institutional sales or capital introduction, LP coverage or IR at a GP, private banking and alternatives distribution into family office and UHNW channels, consultant relations or LP-side allocator experience, and investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
  • A clear origination instinct, with the ability to identify new pools of capital and open relationships from a standing start.
  • Fluency with how LPs make decisions, including IC dynamics, pacing, and allocation behaviour across the major LP archetypes.
  • Strong commercial instincts and sound judgement in handling senior investor relationships with discretion.
  • Highly organised, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional fluency in major Asian and European languages is viewed favourably.
  • Comfortable using AI and automation tools to sharpen workflow.
